  • Parking If you can park further away from the store, you can get a little extra walking done each time you shop. Granted, this is not going to add up to a lot of calories being burned, but every little bit of help counts.
  • Games If you can find video games that force you to move around (the Wii Fit for example), you can really have fun while you are exercising and losing weight.
