Rolling Plank Exercise
Stay on the floor with your knees and elbows lying on the ground. Place your neck in a right position with your spine and see forward. Raise your knees up and assist your legs on the toes. Contract your knees and try to breathe continuously. Do this procedure for about 30 seconds. You can start exercising backward and forward for the next 30 seconds.
The stomach vacuum
This is like the cat stretch pose and is also called as the four-point transverse-abdominal stomach vacuum. Sit on a chair and after that breathe in air using only your nose and think that it’s in the 1st floor. Exhale using your mouth at the same time press your belly towards your spine thinking that you are going to the 5th floor. Exhale fast for about 5 more times, moving your abs alternatively breathe out air. Repeat the same procedure for about 5 times.
You can sit on the chair with your spine straight and shoulder relaxed. Place both hands at the back of you with your palms by the side of your hips, facing downwards. Breathe inside deeply and while you breathe out get both your legs upward such that your knees are near to your chest. In the same manner do it for about 5 seconds. Get your leg slowly and do the same procedure again.
Bending Side to Side
You have to stand upright with your feet together. Lift your hand above your hands. After that placing your legs grounded, bend your body to the right as much as possible until you think are a strain on your left waist. Wait for 15 seconds and come back to starting position. After that bend left, hold on this position for another 15 seconds.
Squat with Ball
If you want to lose weight on inner thighs, then this is the perfect choice there for you. All that you have to do is you have to keep an exercise ball between the wall and the curve of your lower back. You have to stand with your feet shoulder width apart and bend your knees and lower 5 to 10 inches maintaining your shoulders level and your hips square. Stay on this position for about 3 seconds after that stand back up. Do this procedure for about 5 repetitions and take a rest for about 30 seconds.
Bent knee Extension
You can stay on the floor face up with arms at the sides and then keep your knees bent 90 degrees and heels shoulder together on a stability ball. Raise hips towards the ceiling, take care not to overarch back. Do this procedure for about 3 times and lower. Repeat for 8 to 10 times.
